Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers are eligible to submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for only one shipping fee (including return shipping), and no restocking fee will be charged.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the return status and whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–20 days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as processing may take some time. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
